In reply to: Can’t log into the dash using iOS (8.x)Yup, can’t get into my other WP site either. Is it possible to delete all things in my laptop browser, get the captcha pop again, and use that info to log in with my ipad? -R

In reply to: [The Box] Adding logo to the right of the Site TitleHi Chris, I totally cheated by seeing where the potential social icons would sit and pasted some code in there. I know we have to switch to child templates or re-paste the code after every update.
What I want is for it to be a tad higher, on par with the title. But I have a feeling that means messing with the CSS.
thanks!

In reply to: upgrade 2.6.2 to 2.6.5ok, you’re scaring me but what’s a little adrenaline? Guess that’s what backups are for. thanks -R
ahh ok, so it’s
../wp-includes/version.php
and I’ll read some more but I assume by duplicated you mean there’s a version.php 2.6.3 and a version.php 2.6.5So at the end of the day I will have only changed 6 files.
Or is it incremental. I upgrade to 2.6.3, run wp-config, then upgrade to 2.6.5 and again run wp-config?
Sorry, a lot of the stuff I’m reading is outside my experience.
Here’s the list for anyone looking, please correct if inaccurate:
2.6.3
/wp-includes/class-snoopy.php
/wp-includes/version.php2.6.5
/wp-includes/post.php
/wp-includes/version.php
/wp-includes/feed.php
/xmlrpc.php

In reply to: Want to be sure I understand 2 blogs 1 db setupThanks moshu, DW didn’t like uploading the copy, I got too many “Can’t create folder x” errors. So I dl a fresh wordpress, dragged a copy of the original wp-config over, did the edit, and it’s now uploading. Thanks for the reassurance, sometimes that’s all one needs.
