Thanks for reporting the issue. This may be related to the installation order of the plugin versions. In some cases, if the Pro version is installed before the base (free) version, it can cause unexpected behavior—such as forms not displaying or submitting properly.

Here’s what we recommend:

1. Deactivate and delete both the base and Pro versions of WP User Frontend.
2. Reinstall the (free) version first.
3. Then install and activate the Pro version on top of it.

This process ensures all plugin dependencies load in the correct sequence and has resolved similar issues for others.

After reinstalling, please test again and let us know if the forms are displaying correctly. If the issue persists, you’re welcome to share temporary site access (preferably to a staging site) through our contact form, and we’ll be happy to investigate further.

Thanks for reaching out and for the detailed explanation.

This behavior seems related to changes introduced by your new theme using theme.json. Subscribe2 relies on WordPress core hooks that some block-based themes may override or handle differently.

We’ll investigate compatibility with theme.json-based themes and get back with an update. In the meantime, reverting to your previous theme (if possible) might help confirm the theme’s role in the issue.
