In reply to: After upgrade, first post repeats multiple times?Not that I am aware of, the theme didn’t change with the upgrade to 2.1, I didn’t touch the wp-content folder.
I’ve deactivated most plugins. I only have the Akismet and a Sideblog plugin active now.

I’m having the same problems here – trying to move my domain to a new server, but want to have the new server ready for prior to the DNS change. You mentioned updating the versions, backing up the database, restoring it on the new server, and then copying files.
Which files specifically?
