I downgraded to 1.5 by following http://help.time.ly/customer/portal/articles/545233-how-do-i-downgrade-to-1-5
somebody talked about a template folder that had to be delete in the downgrade process, but (and maybe this is the problem) I did not find this extra template folder.
I downgradet to version 1.5 with help from http://help.time.ly/customer/portal/articles/545233-how-do-i-downgrade-to-1-5 and will stay on this version till problem is solved 🙂
how did you downgrade? I have no access to the admin-panel.
