Is there a booking engine plugin which which has a feature of end-user login to book and also book as a guest?

I have disabled Saturday and Sunday for booking. But when I make a booking from Friday to Monday, it gives me an amount of 40 Euros (Rate : 10 euro/Day). This means it is calculating the prices for disabled dates i.e. Saturday and Sunday as well.
Is there a way to fix it??
