I’m sorry your client had problems, we’d love to help you solve them if you give us more details.
Brizy show up in Unyson as optional item but still old page builder is default and won’t be replaced with Brizy automatically.
Automatically installs was disabled 30 days ego.

Can you give me a page with your problem or a screenshot ( console log + load frames )?
Every Brizy WP Page is 100% HTML + CSS + JS no one shortcode. We have a cache system implemented and every frontend load is a cached version. It is very strange that it take 2.5 min
Can you help me to solve this issue sending me more details? I added an issue in order to investigate this problem. I promise to solve 100% all issue.

In old PHP versions it is needed to change it to:
$user_data = array(
“user_id” => $user->getPlatformUserId(),
“created_at” => $date->format( DateTime::ISO8601 ),
‘client_id’ => $client_id
);In max 12 hours we plan a hotfix for this isssue.
