In reply to: [Contact Form 7 Táve Integration] ProPhoto and TaveI had another look at the form you have created for your client with contact form 7, it would appear you have incorrect form field ID’s and names. Please refer to this: http://www.rowellphoto.com/tave-contact-form-plugin/
there are great examples there to get started with.
The tave database requires a first name and a last name field, separate not joined. It also requires a jobtype field too. Again, take a peek at the link above and compare what you have with what I have for examples and you will quickly identify where the issues are.

In reply to: [Contact Form 7 Táve Integration] ProPhoto and TaveIt appears you have the page working. The answer in regards to prophoto not working is for those who always ask about the built in form with prophoto template. Many don’t understand they have to turn off the built in form and use the contact form 7 one instead. It does look as though you have a working contact page for your client now. I am glad you were able to get it up and running.
You should just change the menu link to the page you have working now.
If the client is receiving the email from tave that theres a new lead in the system then the plugins are working.
if you still cannot figure it out, on the contact form 7 plugin settings page for the tave extension there is more detail about whats happening if you scroll down after the secret key and studio id area. It will tell you information about the connection with tave, if there was one and if there are errors.
hope this helps.

In reply to: [Contact Form 7 Táve Integration] Ajax broken when using file upload field.Thats interesting, I have never tried the form with an upload before so I had no idea how it would react. I will have a look at what is spooking the plugin for you.
From what I can see in the plugin it should be skipping the file field if you have set it in the skip field options, but I will have to investigate further.
Mind looking me up on Facebook and sending me a message so I can chat directly with you and not waste time with the message boards being slow. facebook.com/ryan.rowell
also my apologies for only getting to your message now as I have been vacationing for a month with only my phone.

In reply to: [Contact Form 7 Táve Integration] Saving settings redirects to local.tave.comIt appears to be a server issue, error 500 is returned from tave.com so its something on their end from the looks of it. I know its been a month since you have messaged, but has it resolved its self?
I have been on vacation for a month with only my phone so I wasn’t able to respond, my apologies.
No, nothing is wrong with the code, it’s Táve. As long as your getting any response from your form that is good so you don’t miss anything even if you have to enter it manually.
The endpoint of 1234 is actually your studio ID converted to just numbers. I haven’t mentioned to Jason yet to suggest he changes that or makes it more obvious to people.
So heres whats going on. Its intermittent for sure, my own contact form hangs, doesn’t send to tave, and then at other times it works. Many of the other issues people are having actually have nothing to do with the plugin but are really issues with conflicting Javascript on their site that prevents contact form 7 from finishing its job.
If theres any updates that need to be done, I will be posting an update for it ASAP and you’ll know the next time you log into wordpress.

In reply to: How to stylise blog entries like thisWhat exactly are you looking for about the style?
the individual headings and then sub headings below giving each their own section? or is there something else your looking at..
You need to be more specific to get help.
@girathryn: Unfortunately they are not my alterations to the plugin, but they are an example of what others have done with it.

additional suggestions:
Animated pin it button, perhaps a slide in, or fade to make it noticeable that its there when the cursor passes over it.
option to make it always visible or partially visible and animate it to be fully visible.
ability to choose the image or set an image from a url for the button.
area to add css alterations or suggestions on what css tags to use in our own templates for customization.
pull image descriptions from the alt tag of the image, so when uploading images and putting in the details and descriptions it will be used for the pin.
pin counts to see how many times it has been pinned already beside the button.
thanks for your work on this, its like others have said, the only one that works and would love more options and features for sure.
thanks again
Ryan
