is it possible to remove the UPLOAD ATTACHMENTS button from the SUPPORT PLUS ticket input screen?
I have this same issue; I would like to be able to add fields to the ADDRESS BOOK (from fields you already have existing, like phone #); additionally, I’d like to be able to add NEW fields to the database. Is that possible?
