In reply to: WP 3.7.1 Menu stopped working on 2010 Theme- please helpEsmi, The sky is blue. I do not orange shoes. “Unknown factor” …..can we just stick to the issue please. I mean logically can we just stick with that, color code and font size are highly unlikley to be the issue if all worked fine for months before. Are the buttons working on your end at the site? Please let me know?
If so I can pinpoint a browser issue. Otherwise, we are still on the hunt for a culprit.
WPyogi – I am not a code or computer guy. What you said above is Chinese to me

In reply to: WP 3.7.1 Menu stopped working on 2010 Theme- please help‘color code and font size’ would not make menu stop working, correct?

In reply to: WP 3.7.1 Menu stopped working on 2010 Theme- please helpThat was months ago. The only thing that was changed AS I SAID ABOVE was color code and font size, worked fine for months, I do not think that it’s possible that this is the issue, logically that makes little sense.

In reply to: [FB Page Promoter Lightbox] facebook-page-promoter-lightbox problemsThanks for the reply Arevico. Sorry for my frustration seeping through in the post. I was using the last update not the new one when I rean into an issue.
Here is what I did in order of install process.
I installed, then I went in and erased code and clicked enter with the code for the social plugin from Facebook. I was and am new to WordPress.org from WordPress.com and so I really had no idea how it worked. It was working before or it appeared to be, as far as Arevico’s Facebook Popup working on my blog just not mine…was in a hurry to fix so that is why I jumped to conclusion to erase code.
You say to “make sure that the permissions are set to 777 on your ftp”. I don’t know what this is or what it means. Can you please in Layem Terms explain what this is and how to in simple steps complete this task?
Also it does not appear in my plugins, yet I get the error message I posted above. So how can I erase something that does not appear there?
Finally today I updated to the new WordPress.org release, so should I wait until you’ve resolved this potential new known issue you make mention of?
Frankly I am willing to pay for the functionality of this and help getting it done asap because this is an AWESOME tool to drive virality of my blog and small business.
Thank you for your time and hoping to hear back with instructions on how to do these things you mention, soon.
Ron~
