yes, that’s the problem. Done: nothing changed. This mean it’s not a plugin problem, right?

Thank you Emre, but that is too difficult for me! I’m afraid I’ll have to ask to a developer, because I even don’t know what a .htaccess is nor where it is! My CDN is Cloudflare, if this can help…
