and you are absolutely correct not ANYone should be able to blog, I meant anyone who registers. But this is my point, in my homepage what file should I be pointing to?

so if I want anyone who vists my site to make a blog, I simply direct them to http://www.xxx.org/wordpress and they register and start blogging?
