Hi,
The warning message is coming from WPBakery Page Builder plugin.
Please note that the WPBakery Page Builder: https://wpbakery.com/ and Visual Composer Website Builder: http://visualcomposer.com/ are two independent plugins.
The former works using shortcodes while the latter works using react-based layouts. You can check the differences between the two here: https://help.visualcomposer.com/docs/getting-started/visual-composer-vs-wpbakery/

In reply to: [Visual Composer Website Builder] No, no, and NOApologies for the inconvenience caused.
1. We had such an issue with undo feature a long time back if the undo button was clicked repeatedly. This was fixed in 42.0 update.- The row height depends upon the amount of content present within it. It can be also adjusted by adding an empty space element within a row.
- The vertical spacing between the elements is set to 30px by default. This is to give them breathing space when displayed on the page. This can be easily removed by setting the margin-bottom to 0px under the design options of the element.
- The page content is stored in the database. As long as any plugin install or update does not affect the database, the page content will remain the same and will display as it was saved.
- The database size depends upon the amount of content added to the site. This can also vary depending on the type of content such as images.
- The Visual Composer is coded as per the WordPress development guidelines and it works fine with most plugins that follow these guidelines. We also ensure to test it with major plugins to ensure compatibility. However, there can be js conflicts with plugins if they are not updated for a while.

In reply to: [Visual Composer Website Builder] Refund!Hi,
The refunds are handled via the support portal: https://help.visualcomposer.com/support/
Please feel free to drop us a ticket.
Thanks,Hi,
Please make sure that you are running the latest version of Visual Composer. You can also check the browser console panel when the issue occurs as that can point to any conflicts and it’s location.
Thanks,Hi,
You can increase it via php.ini server file. If you do not have access to this file, then you can contact the hosting provider who can then update it in the file.
Thanks,Hi,
The method that we were using previously to detect the memory limit was sometimes showing incorrect values. Due to this, we replaced it with a more thorough check in the recent update.
The value you see now in the system status is the exact memory limit that is being set. Thanks,

In reply to: [Visual Composer Website Builder] Everything needs paid nowHello,
In the Visual Composer Website Builder plugin, we have not made any changes related to element access based on type license (free/premium).
All the woo-commerce elements including the cart with counter were premium elements when they were integrated within the plugin.
If the plugin was received as a part of the theme, then there might be custom elements added by the theme developer whose access might be dependent upon the type of theme license.Forum: Plugins

In reply to: [Visual Composer Website Builder] I’ve found a bug. Pulling content errorHi Mike,
Thanks for sharing. We tried replicating it by adding the shortcode: [ajax_load_more] onto the page, but the posts are only displaying the excerpts instead of the full content.
Are you using any setting within the plugin to enable the full-post content?Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Visual Composer Website Builder] I’ve found a bug. Pulling content errorHi Mike,
Unfortunately, we haven’t used the plugin: WordPress Infinite Scroll in the past and hence we are not familiar with it.
Can you provide us with the exact steps to follow and settings to use in the plugin, to replicate the issue on our setup?
Any related screenshots will be also helpful.

In reply to: [Visual Composer Website Builder] Great pluginHi,
Thanks for the feedback. The issue with the outdated woo-commerce template message is related to the starter theme. It does not affect the theme functionality and will be fixed in the theme update.
