The issue reported by you is related to “portfolio justified grid” which is not a standard element of WPBakery Page Builder and is most likely added by the theme developer or an add-on. In this case, you can contact the respective theme or add-on developer.Forum: Plugins

I suspect that the plugin used at your end is WPBakery Page Builder and the portfolio justified grid is a custom element added by the theme.

The issue is due to an old version of PHP used on your server. You can update the plugin to latest version 34.1 which has a fix for PHP 7.0 compatibility issues. It might also be a good idea to ask hosting provider to update PHP version to 7.4 or more, as it is recommended by recent WordPress releases.
