all figured out, kindly delete this thread.

after going through older support threads i figured out i was putting in the wrong keys.
but now i’m getting this message:
“The request signature we calculated does not match the signature you provided. Check your AWS Secret Access Key and signing method. Consult the service documentation for details.”

hey mikey,
i don’t see any errors, step 3 completes and when i click “next” for the next step, it just reverts me to the first page of /restore, starting the whole process over again.
