Hi, David. I had set it up a few months ago using your instructional video, and it worked perfectly until the last update. I had tried resetting the path to the configuration file, even though it appeared to be correct, before I reported the problem. I haven’t touched it since except to verify.

Yes, in answer to your earlier question, it occurred when someone clicked to initiate the payment. I think I mentioned the line numbers referenced in the error message. When I looked to check it out, that line appears to be referencing the configuration file but I’m not a PHP person, so I wasn’t sure whether it was something else.

Thanks for getting back to me, aerin.
But what I’m getting at is that I’d select that field, save the settings, and it would always return to the fixed fee – I couldn’t seem to save that option the way I wanted. No matter what I tried while I was trying things out, the label text always showed, but not the amount, either. I just assumed I’d missed something completely.
