    Hi Roxy,

    My error is not resolved. I’m still waiting to hear back from my hosting service. I’m feeling quite hopeless because the error is so persistent. I wonder if it could have been an issue with the WooCommerce database update.

    I will let you know once my hosting service has responded.

    My URL’s are the same. I will have to check with my hosting about increasing the PHP limits.

    Hello again,

    Just wanted to send an update saying nothing has worked so far. I have checked all the plug-ins, themes and security. I also updated the php and the error is still there. I think it must be a WooCommerce issue and hope it resolves itself with the next plug-in update. The website and purchases are still functioning so it’s not a massive train smash but I still want to resolve it if possible.

    Please let me know if you think I’ve missed something else that could be causing it.

    Hi,

    Yes, that is correct the error persists after checking and disabling everything else.

    Thank you for the advice, I have reached out to my hosting provider to see if they have installed any security services that may be causing the conflict. I will let you know if this works.

    Hello,

    I have successfully removed my custom functions, thank you for the instructions.

    I then went and deactivated every single plugin and the error still shows up so it must be an issue with WooCommerce?

    Please advise, thank you.

    The ‘my custom functions’ plugin, it has been de-activated for a long time but is unable to delete fully.

    There is also a Payfast error that took place on the 27th of Feb, Payfast is the payment gateway used in my region. I just saw that error for the first time now and am thinking it might be the problem but I’m unsure how to solve it. I’m also not sure if it is safe to share those files because the order information is held within, could you advise on what I should be looking for?
