Sorry I let this drop. I changed the PHP 5 handler to CGI. This allowed the static site creation job to finsh. We havn’t had any trouble with it since then.
I’d welcome you to take a look. Can you please provide a private way to send the address and admin credentials to you? Do you need FTP access as well?
