I know the the difference between <head> and masthead.
Genesis added the image in the header. The theme framework
placed the image there.

I’m using the Genesis framework with the wp_head short code to place an animated gif in the masthead. It is part of the Genesis admin.

With a theme update this tweak will be lost right?
I put the code in an adsense deluxe wrapper and it seems to be working fine now.
