In reply to: WP-Admin Text onlyYes I have spoken to our hosting support in Australia, they advised me to contact WordPress support in order to update the PHP version which is currently V5.1, they think that may be causing our problem.
Do you think I need to contact them again to complete this update, I can’t do it from WP-Admin because it is text only I can’t do anything from there.Forum: Themes and Templates

I don’t know the FTP access Name or Password and I can’t get into Admin to create one. How can I delete the Minamaze folder via FTP when I can’t access the site via FTP. Help required here please.

In reply to: [Minamaze] Error after UpdateI updated my Minamaze Theme as requested but now my web site or admin site won’t load. I just get a blank white screen. How can I get into the admin screen to change theme or whatever is needed to get web site working again please.
