A sample code would be great. I still need to choose which bank to work with.

For the dropdown, I just need something like this
‘Bank Name'(Dropdown)
-> Bank1
-> Bank2
-> Bank3
-> Bank4
So the vendor can choose one of the option that is listed, instead of tipying their own.
