Could we get some input on this from SupportCandy? Is there another way to import tickets from a CSV file?

I took a look at the access_log file and noticed that xmlrpc requests were being made. I followed the steps found at this blog which allowed me to turn xmlrpc OFF.

I realize that turning xmlrpc off has other ramifications, but I am not receiving ANY brute force logins any longer. Yay!

I was able to confirm that xmlrpc was OFF by using the following site: http://xmlrpc.eritreo.it

The additional plugin I am using is “Protect WP-Admin” which blocks attempts to access /wp-admin or wp-login.php by redirecting back to the home page.

How can I determine where the Sucuri “Failed Login” attempts are coming from? (for example, if they are XMLRPC requests)
