Do you think you could try and use the Contact Form element inside of the DudaMobile platform? This will work for sure. It can be configured to redirect to the page of your choosing and then will send you an email when it is filled out.

DudaMobile is indeed free to use. The 10 page limit is the ability to edit that many pages, but the conversion will in fact mobilize all pages of your site.
Duda has two plans available, the free version which gives access to the conversion, editor and basic features. If you want access to unlimited edited pages and some premium features, you will want to upgrade to the premium plan.

When you say ‘active’ the plugin, is this after you’ve just installed it? Or are you on the DudaMobile page inside of the plugin?
It should try and detect your URL & if you have a mobile website with Duda, it will automatically offer to setup the redirect. If you don’t have a site, it will offer to create a new site and send you over to Duda to create one.

You will want to install the plugin inside of your WordPress dashboard. The easiest way is to actually login to your dashboard, go to Plugins –> New and search for the Duda plugin. From there you will install the plugin & activate it. You will now see the plugin on the left side to access it.
If you can’t access the plugin section — you might be on a limited access account in your dashboard.
