Here is what I have placed in the addtional setting area:

I have testing sending messages and they work. However, I don’t get the on-screen confirmation that the message was sent.

Any suggestions?

Additional info – When you log into the admin panel it states- You have 186 posts, 3 pages, contained within 14 categories. When I click on the hyper-link for the 14 categories none are listed. Some how it knows there are the 14 categories but is just not displaying them.
