Maybe this was a problem between updating 3.1 to 3.1.1 and then 3.1.2.

I am on the edit page (not quick edit) and I don’t see an “admon” area.
I have three columns:
Dashboard Here is where the page is edited Publish
updates Page attributes
Posts Here is where the check box use to beWhere is this “admon” area on the edit page? Are you running 3.1.2?

It works with Chrome and Firefox but no version of IE
