It works now!!! I installed this plug-in from http://txfx.net/code/wordpress/wordpress-tuneup/wordpress-205-tuneup/
and then dashboard option plugin from http://cjbehm.dyndns.org/wingingit/dashboard-options/
since my dashboard was too slow.
Everything is pretty now.
