This issue create for product variation. I think after using “https://wordpress.org/plugins/woo-variation-swatches/” this plugin this problem will be solved

You can go through permalink settings page,
Flush Permalinks:
. Go to Settings > Permalinks.
. Simply click Save Changes without modifying anything. This will force
WordPress to regenerate the rewrite rules.
