Changes made to WooCommerce email styling using Decorator are applied to both emails sent to customers and emails sent to admin (e.g. Admin New Order email). In fact, it would be harder to do other way since all WooCommerce emails are based on one set of templates.
If you mean some other emails that are not related to WooCommerce (e.g. WordPress New User Account email) are not affected since this plugin is a WooCommerce extension.

Hi there,
Thank you for your interest in Decorator.
The changes that you make using it are applied to all WooCommerce emails – both standard emails and custom emails sent by 3rd party extensions (unless they load their own custom templates which usually is not the case).
Right now Decorator uses Processing Order email template only to preview changes to email styling but it would then pick those customizations and apply them to all emails, not just Order Processing emails.
We are planning to add email switching option so users can see how different emails would look like but this functionality is not available yet.
