I’m sorry, I’m no webmaster, how do I find my server via FTP or SFTP? Where are these files, remember my panel is white with a x at the top, I only see the left side panel.

I also did the 3.2 upgrade and lost everything, I only have the side panel, its running but no page is there. I’m really not a webMASTER, is there alive person I can talk to to get this fixed.
