Thank-you for your response. It does indeed confirm what I thought was the case. I have managed a work-around. It means a tad more work from a maintenance point of view (as people’s roles change), but nothing that would preclude me recommending this product to my colleagues.

… and I wanted the “off” condition to be blank. I see if I set a second condition, I can change the radio button. But I cannot simply turn a single radio button on and off. (My use-case is a binary decision, and I wanted the alternative to “Yes” to be blank, which makes the “Yes” stand out in its Ticket List column instead of being interwoven with what would otherwise mostly be a column of “No”)
Aha, so that’s why it disappeared when I deleted and re-created it as it was originally a Radio Button. I changed it because I found that once he radio button was selected by the Agent, it could not be de-selected (i.e., turned “off”). Is there a way to de-select a radio button once turned “on”?
