Thanks for the follow-up. I corrected the restrictions as you suggested and tried both the Geolocate API and the Maps API, they both seem to be working now after I changed it from blocks. The only issue with that is the formatting from the theme for the checkout is being lost. I will have to re-design the page to make it pretty. Thanks for your patience.

I was able to make the change you mentioned above yet the dynamic completion of the address is still not working. Help please. THX

Thank you for your response. I am using a theme called Teepro and I have not specially installed the plugin you are referring to. In addition, I went to the support link you provided and I am not seeing Appearance -> Editor -> Pages -> Select Cart or Checkout -> click the Edit icon
