Hi, I’m a developer on WP VIP team – recent versions of this plugin require patching to work fully on WP VIP Platform, i.e. to get attachments working. Although there are some workarounds in the VIP MU Plugins here which used to make it work prior to version 5.4, there is now a constraint in CF7 that attachments must be in the content directory, which isn’t compatible with this fix, or VIP Platform. I raised this here. If you are a VIP customer with application support feel free to create a ticket (if you haven’t already) and we can advise you on the patch needed.
