Still no response from PRO tech support. In addition to not being able to upload new files, any existing files linked on my site just show a blank white screen when clicked.
I’m having the same issue. Submitted a support ticket (#QSU-686-95207) on 2/4/16 and haven’t received a response. Assistance, please?
