I did a test and the mail wasn’t sent. I contacted my host and they sorted it out for me.
“Please make sure that you set “Remote” at the Email Routing section of your web hosting package.

This is because whenever you send an email on the same domain name as the one added on the web hosting package, the current setting “Automatic” will try to send it to a Local mailbox, however, you are not using the cPanel email service and the email will not be delivered.”

Brilliant! fixed! WP Fastest Cache was inactive so I deleted it and that seemed to fix my problem, thanks

Theme I am using is Pinnacle and the plugin was working fine until about 2 weeks ago. now I am seeing this.
