I’m having the same issue. I created a few reusable blocks before installing Atomic Blocks, they are still listed in the reusable blocks manager, but the ‘Reusable Blocks” option on the Add block dropdown is gone.
Does the theme need to specifically add support for reusable blocks? although they were working just fine before.
Any tips?

Nope. This task seems almost impossible or way too complicated and time consuming. I finally decided to re upload my pictures and started from scratch, and now I’m thinking on re-build my website again and don’t depend on a plug in anymore to avoid this on the future.
