The donation page is not produced by this plugin. It’s something else, more professional.
This “supporters” list is actually a named donors’ list. It is shown with the [pfund-giver-list] shortcode.
A donation list is available on every campaign edit screen. You can also download it in CSV form, if you need it.
I don’t understand what you mean saying you can set up a unique PayPal button for every cause. Where can you do it? My installation doesn’t let me do so. You can only set up a single PayPal button code in the general plugin settings under the Settings menu. Are you sure?
