My site did the same thing elvey. are you using go daddy’s free hosting that comes with your domain?
that is what screwed mine up. they try to ad a script to put ads on the site and it totally shuts down wordpress. I wound up having to just bite the bullet and pay for hosting to get the problem resolved.
