We followed the steps. Whenever we import the import process remains at 0 items imported for few hours and the process never finishes.
We are not sure if the issue is with the plugin or not. We tried importing multiple times. We deleted the previous data, but we are unable to import yet.

Thanks for your reply. Actually I am not sure if this is the issue I checked the time zone settings. I think there is an issue with WooCommerce analytics. It shows zero please check the screenshot. So apart from the wrong time it does not count orders or show details.
