Hey Shelly,
This is a strange one as it is fine as you say on desktops but not on a mobile device.
Do you have separate theme files loaded for mobile devices or do they all use the same files?
I’ve looked at your code on mobile and it seems to not be built quite correctly as you have some link stylesheet elements in the body of the page which is not valid HTML.
All the best

In reply to: [Responsive Menu - Create Mobile-Friendly Menu] Stops wow.js workingHey Oliver,
You have your error listed there that you will need to fix:
main.js:21 Uncaught TypeError: $(...).matchHeight is not a functionI’m not sure who created the main.js file but it is saying that matchHeight is not a valid function and as such you will need to speak to the author of this script for a solution.
Hope that helps

In reply to: [Responsive Menu - Create Mobile-Friendly Menu] Stops wow.js workingHi Oliver,
Unfortunately this is very difficult to debug or advise on without something to look at or steps to recreate it.
When you say WordPress editor do you mean the Responsive Menu admin page?
If so, can’t you disable wow.js from loading on tbat page.
Also, if its a javascript issue then there will normally be useful error messages in your console, please can you provide any.
All the best
Hi there,
Can you make sure that this file has downloaded correctly as it may be that your installation was not completed successfully as I haven’t seen this issue or error before nor heard about this from anyone else with the new update.
Calling the file directly won’t work as you will get fatal errors as you have seen.
All the best
Hi there,
Sorry I’m a little confused, can you explain what a conditional menu is and what you mean by it doesnt execute the option with an example and steps to recreate.

Hi there,
Have you read through the documentation as all the options are covered in there:
Specifically you want the Current Menu Link Colour option under the Menu > Text Colours heading below:
https://responsive.menu/docs/basic-setup/menu/
In regards parent menu item there isn’t an option for this but you can likely create se custom css to trigger these.
Hope that helps!
