Hello, I read the article, I am ready to go 🙂
Do you have any screenshot examples of how that may work? Would I be able to associate UTMs with a specific booking made in Webba. So far I am tracking the number of conversions in GA4, that’s not the issue. What I am struggling with is to know which booking comes from which source/campaign.
I am not sure how this should work. Could you please clarify? 🙂
- What do you mean by tracking code? Let’s say that a customer comes to my website from the following URL: https://test.com?utm_source=google&utm_medium=cpc&utm_campaign=campaign1
What would be the tracking code than so that utm parameters are collected? - Where would the tracking data be stored after implementing the JS code?
Hello,
I would love to track the booking itself. I mean I would love to track source of people who fill the booking form itself (even if they don’t pay for the booking).
Could you please indicate where in the settings can I find the option to customize template per service? 🙂
Hmm, that’s not necessarily a bad idea. In case of some services I would be creating Zoom events and sending meeting link and in case of other I would do it manually. In the “services” menu I can see in the “email notifications” tab that it’s possible to set a different notification template (other than default). However, I cannot find a way to create it – could you please explain how to create different notification templates?
Apart from that, is there any way to integrate Webba with Google Meets? Perhaps via 3rd party integration tool, like Make?
Hello, no, I plan to use it in the future but I am not using it yet.
Works perfectly, thanks!
I have just sent it 🙂
Thank you for your help. I bought the plugin and I am back with one more question 🙂
For some reason all the dates in my calendar are not available to make a reservation, although I set up this service to be available from Mon to Sat basically throughout the entire day. Any idea how can I make it available?
Here is a screenshot for reference: https://ibb.co/yhjPv3xHmmm, honestly I am not sure, I am not so professional in Tag Manager :D.
What about the “next” button customization? Can the text of this button be different on each of the steps of the process? Let’s say that on step 2 (date and time) I would like it to say “proceed to details” and on the step 3 (details) I would like it to say “proceed to payment”. Is it possible?Sure, this is what I mean by the details page: https://ibb.co/fxq9Y53
I thought that maybe I could use as a trigger a button click action, but in order to do so I would need to do if I can fully customize a “next” button (the one that transfer to each next step) on each of the steps.
Thank you for prompt response!
Ad. 1 – Can you recommend basing on which trigger could I launch a Google Tag Manager event? Let’s say I would like to track conversion as a view of details page of your plugin (which seems to always be the 3rd step of the booking process, basing on the demo sites).
Also is there a possibility of adding a thank you page after an successful reservation is made?
