    @ihereira Everything is up to date and is running on the latest wordpress version, latest woocommerce version and the database is up to date as well. It’s not a staging site, its my regular website. Nothing else is currently running on it, no other plugins.

    It also takes about 20 seconds to load anything on the backend. WooCommerce seems to be really slowing down my site.

    @roxannestoltz my apologies for not getting back at you. I was trying to decide what to do with my site since I’ve had so many issues.

    I have made the decision to start from scratch and delete my entire website including database and wordpress installation. So I’m currently working with a clean slate.

    The first thing I did, was download WooCommerce and I still have the inbox error. So at this time I can 100% say for sure that WooCommerce is the issue here. I have no other plugins running and I have the default storefront theme running.

    I also immediately have a critical error message when I’m using the WC plugin.

    What else can I do at this time?

    Hi @babylon1999

    It appears that my hosting service wont allow customers to downgrade to PHP 7.4.

    I dont believe I use the WC Storefront theme. How do I check that?

    I’m having some issues with making a backup f my website so I’m in contact with my hosting service about this. It’s quite diffucult to check certain things when I cannot make a backup. I will get back to you when we have resolved this backup issue.

    I currently only have the WooCommerce plugin active on my staging site (and the WP staging plugin) but I still get the inbox error. I also experienced 5 critical errors on my website with only the WooCommerce plugin active.

    I made a CVS backup of all my products and uninstalled the WC plugin in the staging site. However, when I reinstall the WC inplug, all my data is still there. I looked into how to delete the database but I can only delete the WC database in my website’s file manager wp-config.php. Is there a way to delete the WC database in the staging site?

    Hi @roxannestoltz

    Thank you for taking the time to look into this 🙂 I really appreciate it.

    It is indeed the error that you are showing in the image, it shows in the WooCommerce dashboard.

    When you look at my error log, can you identity that this error log is regarding the inbox error? I have a lot of error logs and I’m not sure if I send the corresponding log. Basically every step I’ve made, I have ran into issues so I cant identify which log corresponds with which error.

    I’ve been building my website for the past 3 months and finally have it running aside from this WooCommerce inbox error. So my question is, what are the consequences of the mentioned solutions? What will happen if I deactive my Avada theme and building plugin? My entire website is build on this.

    And what will happen if I deactive my WooCommerce plugin? Or if I delete it? Do I have to start over with adding all my products and settings?

    I’m kinda nervous taking these steps since I’ve had so many issues I had to resolve and literally today everything was completed aside from this last error.
