Hi,
I had the same issue. WP 5.7.2. Jquery Migrate Helper didn´t fix.
All other Mentions didn´t fix it. Error in console was:
Query.Deferred exception: this[binder] is not a function TypeError: this[binder] is not a function at s.fn.init.$.fn.tipsy (https://www.MYWEBSITE.de/wp-content/plugins/germanyhtmlmap/static/js/jquery.tipsy.js
As you can see it is caused by a Plugin named “germanyhtmlmap”. Its a plugin from https://www.fla-shop.com/ – Interactive Maps. After deactivation of the plugin all was fine. Maybe this could help one or the other.Forum: Plugins
