I really appreciate your comment Amanda. I’ve been reading ad nauseum and couldn’t find help for this same issue until I found your post in this forum. It was unpleasant to read posts disparaging Cassie for not knowing the jargon. For those of us who aren’t computer literate, the learning curve is steep, and it’s hard to know where to look for help. There is a lot that is assumed a reader knows. It’s really a bit like learning a new language. And I certainly hope this forum is here to help people like me. As for “regurgitated codex crap”–that’s the precise point–we don’t want it regurgitated–we want it put into language that we can understand, as Cassie requested. Also, the suggestion about precisely where to find the help document is good, because sometimes I don’t know the correct search terms. Anyway, thanks Amanda for being a champion!
