You can set a different menu on any page from the settings page with both versions (free or paid). But when you edit the page then you will see a custom meta box to set the different menu easily from there also. But it’s a pro feature.Please let me know if you didn’t understand.
Thanks for informing me about the issue. I checked with ACF and WP Bakery plugin and isn’t found any issue. Can you send me a video screenshot please if I can see the issue and fix this ASAP to help other users?

In the deactivation popup, there has option “Other”. In this option, you don’t need to write anything. But we can work on it. For this simple reason, we don’t expect this kind of feedback 🙁
