Already done that, before putting my problem here.
Or the files were updated yesterday or the day before?
I have the similar problem but the error message apear only in APACHE error.log. The message is:
[Wed May 07 16:00:21 2014] [error] [client 10.0.4.85] PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function wp_initial_constants() in /var/www/html/wp-settings.php on line 33
This occur when i try to run install.php
