Thanks upon further investigation, the disputes are due to the fact the subscribers forget about an upcoming renewal (yearly)

How can I remind them that a renewal is coming up? Maybe a few weeks before, maybe more than once and then I can also advise they can click here to cancel subscription, or update payment methods .

Thank you very much. I found something on github that works, I don’t know where the fields are captured to but I will let you know when the next subscriber comes.

hmm thanks for your reply, it is sad you don’t support plugin users, I will ask stripe for another plugin or use another payment method and let them know you do not offer support
