We have checked your <img> tag scenario on our testing site. It seems you have not added alt text for images Please put alt text in alt image property when you are uploading image in media.

<pre> tag get added into slider code. Please remove this tag and check it once.

Here I have Modified the code that can be applied for all the testimonial slider:
Go to Admin panel => Testimonial Slider => Settings => Basic Settings => Miscellaneous => Custom Styles => Enter the below CSS
```
.testimonial_slider .testimonial_quote{
font-style: italic !important;
}
```

Thanks for writing to us,

After uploading the image make sure that you click on the show button for the image where for Link URL you select File URL and insert into post. Then you will not find dialogue box that says you as undefined.
