So the uniquely does just mean that it separates the cache for http and https, in case you server web over both.

Managed to fix it myself in end.
Opening “missing” pages manually in admin by their ID’s, which I got from the database, resurrected them.
After opening a page I just needed to click update and they were back.
Probably it was some kind of weirdness in database.
Any ideas how to detect root cause?

I want to test main landing pages and disabling minify there would not be a good idea.
