This ended up being an issue with the agent code having a lowercase
Lwhich looked like an uppercaseI.I will add a message to the documentation about profile codes being lowercase.
While on the call, we discovered an issue with plugins that lazy load javascript breaking the carousel and I will look into that in the next few days as lazy loading JavaScript is best practiceHey art013,

This plugin only supports supported PHP versions, so 7.4 and above.
Primarily, it would mean removing the types from the code, which we would prefer not to do.
However, if enough people need it, we are happy to investigate it
