In reply to: [Firelight Lightbox] Fancy box image close button is not working in googleThere is no default themes on this wordpress site anymore, they were all removed when this theme was fully finished developing.
What I mean to say is, bar recovering an old theme, is there anything that I could look for or would likely be the issue given that its the same error as the one the guy above me received, but is somehow theme related?
My theme MUST be generating a version of JQuery that I don’t need that conflicts with Easy Fancybox, is there a way to see what I am including and whether or not it includes something outside of the range of what fancybox is capable of.

In reply to: [Firelight Lightbox] Fancy box image close button is not working in googleUsing a custom theme from the ground up, switching to another is likely not an option.
I have a lot of other plugins, this is the first time I have gotten a conflict and its only conflicting with Fancy Box.
Is there anything else you can think of that would cause this conflict to be an issue? I am getting the same Jscript error as the guy above me, how is that possible if I am only using the WordPress Javascript?
I have been pretty thorough about following the rules for creating a theme (wp_head and wp_foot in right places, etc.) so I am curious what I could have done wrong to cause this super specific conflict.

In reply to: [Firelight Lightbox] Fancy box image close button is not working in googleIt actually IS that first plugin (custom-progress-bar). When it is deactivated I get normal FancyBox behavior, when it is activated they break as described.
Also Thank you for all the help!

In reply to: [Firelight Lightbox] Fancy box image close button is not working in googlethe plugin “self progress bar” I am using is apparently causing the issue.
Is there a way around this? I want to use both plugins, so is there a way to work around the jquery requirements for each?

In reply to: [Firelight Lightbox] Fancy box image close button is not working in googleI also only get this error “undefined is not a function” when using Chrome and Firefox associated with this: jquery.fancybox-1.3.6.pack.js:25
This is the exact error I see in the console when clicking on the above person’s website as well so we have the same issue it seems.
I found another thread saying you needed a specific version of jquery (I tried all versions above 1.7 that were also below 2.X) but to no avail.
Hope this can help narrow it down.

In reply to: [Firelight Lightbox] Fancy box image close button is not working in googleMy site is an Intranet, so I can’t provide a link but I am getting the exact same issues as the guy above me. The Easy Fancy Box exhibits the same behavior.

In reply to: [Firelight Lightbox] Fancy box image close button is not working in googleI am also having this same problem. It happened somewhat suddenly (I didn’t make any changes to fancy box or the pages it was operating on already).
Doesn’t work in FireFox or Chrome, but works exactly as intended on IE.
The icons for close, and arrows are unclickable and the page doesn’t respond to any user input (including esc, which normally exits the lightbox).
