We have tried as GLB and the problem persists as well.

We have checked on multiple devices, both mobile Android iOS and Apple iOS as well as multiple PC machines across multiple browsers and it loads but the issue is persisting as described.
Can you confirm that youre placing the entire link correctly in your browser? What OS version/browser combo are you using? Can you test on other devices/PCs?
